RVA Gotcha is a referral service, not a law firm. We connect Virginia residents with licensed, independent attorneys. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing on this site is legal advice.

Information you provide

When you submit the eligibility form, we collect your name, email, phone, and the details you describe about your record so a licensed attorney can review your situation and contact you. We share these details only with the attorney reviewing your case. We do not sell your information.

First-party analytics

We use Signal, a first-party analytics tool by RVA Digital Works, to understand how visitors use this site. It stores an anonymous visitor ID in your browser’s local storage — not a third-party cookie — and records pages viewed and general activity. We honor Do Not Track.

Your choices

You can request deletion of anything you submitted at any time by contacting us. Clearing your browser storage removes the anonymous analytics ID.
